Good morning!

One of my favourite posts is this post I did back in March. I just adore that photo of Marilyn, and every so often it pops up on my "You might also like" when I'm previewing my post before I publish it. Well, it showed up the other day and I was inspired to have a little more Marilyn! So I found some beautiful beachy images, and pulled some rooms inspired by the beautiful blues & oranges in the photos :)

I just adore that top image of Marilyn! Love me a big chunky sweater :)

Good morning!

Before I did anything else with this post, I uploaded my photos and no problemo! Blogger seems to have fixed itself for now. Let's all cross our fingers and hope it doesn't happen again!

I've kinda been pinning like crazy lately, and I found this room in my Pinterest travels. Adore the minty green walls with those pinky-purpley chairs!

 I decided to switch out the wall & chair colours for my picks when I found this gorg settee! Such clean lines and it looks super comfy!

This vanity is handcarved with an inlay top. Seriously. Click the link below & check it out. My search ended when I found this because it's SO unique and delicate. And the perfect colour for my imaginary room :)

 Yum. That's all I have to say about the colour below. I probably wouldn't do a whole room in it because it is so bold & vibrant, but man, it's such a deep delicious colour!

Farrow & Ball Rectory Red

 Sigh. Minty-green/Tiffany blue is one of my fave colours. I have several nail polishes in that colour range and I find they look gorgeous with my skin tone. And I lurve it with that deep raspberry pink!

Good morning!

Thankyou for all your sweet comments on yesterday's post! They were all very appreciated :)

Today's room design is just a quick one as yesterday I twisted my foot and now have a 'deep tissue injury'. Fun. So I'm resting as much as possible this morning and hopefully I can make it to all of your blogs later on :)

I kept the palette to just really simple browns and yellows and greens, but tried to include some really great patterns. There's a few morrocan-y accents with the lanterns and table which I thought was really fun. Would be lovely to spend all day out here :)

I've been doing some thinking lately. Feeling like I really need to follow my path and not get distracted by things along the way. So there might be some changes around here...haven't decided yet. But I will still be blogging, don't you worry haha

We all have dreams, but sometimes we kind of 'shush' them because they're not practical, not feasible, too ambitious, not this, too that. But lately I've been wondering, why not?
